Теперь уже три клиента поддерживают безтрекерную раздачу - Азур, Офф версия и Комета...

и что это означает? трекер можно закрывать?

В целом, это означает движение в сторону когда трекер будет не нужен, т.е. как в осле\KAD - качай не хочу

В наших реалиях это может означать полные тормоза, а в целом идея правильная - трекеры это очень слабое место торрент сети...

Только насколько я знаю, в Азуре немного другой DHT к тому же не совместимый с официальной версией и БитКометом
