Uriah Heep. 1978 Fallen Angel. 2004 Remastered Expanded Deluxe Edition Review by Richie Unterberger The last of their three albums with vocalist John Lawton, Fallen Angel was an uninspired batch of high-powered sub-arena rock, with a greater pop influence than their previous work. Like some other past-their-prime Uriah Heep albums, Fallen Angel has been given the expanded CD treatment by Sanctuary/Castle more than once. The 2004 "Expanded Deluxe Edition" is in most respects an upgrade over the previous expanded CD version by the same label, which also added bonus tracks, but not as many. ... Read more...
