With their double album "Paradox Hotel" providing a lot of new song material in their luggage, the band toured Europe in spring 2006 where they performed for almost three hours each night. Despite their vast back catalogue, Roine Stolt & Co. decided to dedicate the lion’s share of the set list to nine songs from the new album.
The new material came across extremely well, as audiences responded enthusiastically to tracks such as the bluesy rock of the title track, the delicate piano ballad "Jealousy" or the aptly named potential hit "Hit Me With A Hit". Some of the band’s older tracks were also shortened this time out. The inclusion of material such as "Love Supreme" ("Adam & Eve" - 2005), "The Truth Will Set You Free" ("Unfold The Future" - 2002) and "I Am The Sun" ("Space Revolver" - 2000) gave the concert more of a rock feel throughout and the band evidently enjoyed playing a longer but more varied set.
Limited edition deluxe DVD-Coverpack version featuring an audio version of the concert on two CDs as well as a bonus 20 page colour booklet. Limited to 8000 copies worldwide.

On this double-disc live offering from Flower Kings performance in Tillburg Netherlands, we see Flower Kings back to basics with just five band members; Roine Stolt, Hasse Froberg, Tomas Bodin, Marcus Lillequist and Jonas Reingold.
This performance has much more depth and character than their last dvd live performance, you can actually see and feel the audience which was totally missing from the last live dvd. Here we see Flower Kings performing many new songs from Paradox Hotel which are all performed beautifully along with many older classics such as I Am The Sun, Stardust We Are, The Truth Will Set You Free and a real chestnut In The Eyes Of The World.
Roine Stolt produces his best vocals to date(even though his suit may be arrested in the name of bad taste), which is evident on the beautiful and haunting Jealousy song. Marcus (Guru) Lillequist is on display as the new boy on drums and he really is superb, very different to Zoltan Csorz (not as Jazzy), but nevertheless totally up to the mark on every track. Hasse Froberg is as always vocally perfect if not a little cheesy with his Rock cliched gesticulations and head banging shenanigans. He is also responsible for playing many different instruments in Hasse Brunuisson's absence. Jonas Reingold is quite really a mad-cap with his bizarre white hat, but his live performance shows that his bass playing is quite simply unsurpassed by any prog bassists out there. Tomas Bodin falls under the less is more way of playing keyboard with his layed-back stance and dodgy suit and hair-cut, but that shouldn't detract one iota from his obvious and delightful musicianship, which all-in-all underpins Flower Kings and gives their music that cutting edge.
Apart from their obvious cheesiness and bad taste in clothing, I can't rate this dvd highly enough because this is Flower Kings performing at their very best. There are also some very funny moments involving the audience and Roine Stolt which add even more quality and rawness to these discs.
If you are a Flower Kings fan you must own a copy of Instant Delivery as it epitomises every good about this band.

ага, терь имею полностью Limited Edition, ДВД я тоже де-то надыбал
а покупать влом

вааще-то на форум эти цветочки первым притащил как раз the_gift
а двд-видео, входящие в этот комплект, как и многие другие музыкалки, мне просто влом

драгоценный the gift...
и когда ты нас огифтиш ?... т.е будем ли мы осчастливленны иметь возможность закачать ентот замечательный dvd ?

да не совсем он и замечательный.
1. у меня копия.
2. оба DVD-5.
3. звук глухой какой-то.

редкий случай - согласен с "ядовитым" к сожалению звук на двд неважнецкий, а хотел было раздать 16/48 стрим с него

и рожа у Столта крестьянская, ему б серп в руки, да в поле, рожь жать, а он тут струны щипает

...жаль ..но это лучше чем ничего.
..и потом... можно звук подредактировать как нибудь ?

ну да... куда ему до таких одухотворенных лиц как у Уорена, Вальтера или тем более Попы
