Review:
The Cure are to most people one of the three first "gothic bands". (which also includes Joy Division and Siouxsie and the Banshees. Robert Smith has been the lead singer the whole while that the band has been in existence. There are many imports of Cure releases that we didn’t get the pleasure of in the states.

I don’t remember when I first heard the Cure, (which dance club in Seattle) But I do remember "Knowing" that they were soon happily included into everyone's favorites among the Joy Divisions and Bauhaus. Here was a "punk music" with a fashion sense with no self-destructive end in sight. If you can’t find the import albums that you desire on ebay or amazon then this is a pretty great "all-in-one" compilation of the Cures most common hits.

You can see from the above track listings, this is a pretty comprehensive collection of the Cure’s "hits." The sound quality is really top notch. I only wish they had included the song lyrics in the booklet and/or included the b-sides, as they did with the tape version.

If you are having problems tracking down the Cure’s earlier vinyl or old releases then this is a great overall collection. I love that they included A Forest and Primary on this album. This CD gives a nice lesson in just how punky the Cure started out, and how moody they could be without changing the "sound" of the Cure.

rat24 убери галочку напротив "Drive is capabale of retrieving C2 error information" в "Drive Option (F10)"... на будущие релизы. Тогда каждый сектор обязательно будет читаться два (или более) раз, тем самым ты исключишь возможные ошибки, чего нельзя сказать о методе с С2.

Был у меня когда-то этот албом на кассете. Очень хотелось бы поиметь в лослесс. За прошедшие почти 2 недели скачано 14 МВ :( Если запостился с релизом, будь добр прибей свои закачки, дай твоему релизу хоть немного распространиться. Тебя же за язык никто не тянул. кстати, интересное дело оказывается... нету у меня Куров :) Полез искать - оказывается когда некто mailby раздавал свои релизы 3(!!) года назад - я их тогда записал на Аудио ЦД... О чем жалею :) Как АПЕ есть только Pornography.... Наглею или есть шансы на повторить? :) Staring At The Sea у меня есть только в виде стаааааарого ЦДР, одного из первых записанных после появления в продаже писалок... 7 лет назад, наверное... Но диск жив :)
