...then go ahead and add this one to your Amazon shopping cart now! A friend took me to see this band and I was a fan from the first notes. 10 years later I look back with regret that these guys didn't get the radioplay and recognition that they deserved. This is one of the most underrated rock albums of the 90's. "Backwoods Travelin'" grabs you immediately with a funky southern groove reminiscent of the Allman Brothers...."Hello From Venus" and "Magnolia" are simply two of the best rock songs you haven't heard or haven't heard enough, period. Unfortunately these guys aren't together anymore. Our loss. Get this while it's still available!

Review by Stephen Thomas Erlewine
The Screamin' Cheetah Wheelies' second album, Magnolia, isn't markedly different from their first -- it is still unapologetic classic rock, complete with hoarse, bluesy vocals and driving guitar riffs. While the songs aren't as consistent as those on its predecessor, the band sounds tighter than before, due to their endless touring. So it's a draw as to which record is better -- if you want tunes, go to the first, but the more accomplished musicianship on Magnolia suggests that Screamin' Cheetah Wheelies' best days are still ahead of them.

This is an incredible rock album that still kicks today! If you have not seen these guys, they are a must see live. Allman Bros., Black Crowes, Skynard fans, this is a good album for you. No matter what your taste of music, this is a pick me up album that stands the test of time. From beginning to end, a damn fine recording!
