This is an uncompressed image file . For the best quality I don't use APE, FLAC, WV ecc... The image it's only zipped with winrar to reduce final dimension. |

Какой Wav,какой LOG? там и куя нет,вероятно,один исошник непожатый-а пожатый потом,оно так видать "качественнее". Впрочем,и на том спасибо,привести в удобоваримый вид-не проблема. Если СDDB про него знает... |

ccrl79c0 please, use EAC next time. And I would strongly recommend you to re-rip this CD also. Non-EAC rips (eg CloneCD, Nero, etc) are not tolerated here
I see that you either very ignorant or do not want to learn. All of the above-mentioned are not "fomats" but lossless codecs, which preserve lossless music and help spreading music faster. You can decompress them into WAV and you will not lose a single bit  |

In my audiophile experience the image file is absolutely the best quality solution because there's not a change of original CDDA format! Yes with WAV you can obtain an uncompressed audio file, but there's however a change of original CDDA format!! In my experience really lossless codecs don't exists!! My ears tell me this. |

ccrl79c0 What are you talking about? It's the same thing as compressing a text file into zip, and then decompressing it back again. APE/FLAC/WV is essentially the same thing. if you decompress it, you will get WAV which is 100% identical to the original. Ask anyone, if you don't believe me, go on http://SteveHoffman.tv - the most respected audiophile forum in the world, and ask the same question. But what surprisess me even more, is that you do not use Exact Audio Copy (EAC). How can you be a true audiophile and not know abou this software?  |

Sure I know EAC but I hear most sound difference with this software than an image file. I can't believe that you don't hear the difference. I hear difference between two original CDDA of the same performance. However, there are no problems, if I will have time I will re-rip this CD using EAC. |

Скачал,распаковал,в эмулятор пихнул,в СDDB заглянул,EACом грабанул,на флаки фубаром по кую покромсал. Стало можно послушать с удобством. А диск-то очень даже ничего! По содержанию. Может,верхи резковаты,но пожалуй,я глючу-96/24 перед этим наслушался...  |
