Вот какие,наши класичные деффачки! Federica Iannella lives in Senigallia (Central Italy), her home town. She studied the organ and composition with Professor M. Arlotti at the Conservatory G. Rossini in Pesaro. Additional studies followed with well-known artists, where she gained her large repertory reaching from Italian Renaissance to French and German romanticism. Of particular importance for her artistic formation were the studies with Wolgang Zerer in Hamburg. She takes part in important European Festivals and appears together with various choral and orchestral groups, such as the Orchestra Regionale Toscana, Prague Chamber Choir, Compagnia de' Musici di Parma with whom she interpreted almost all of the Haendel organ concertos. Together with the Orchestra Camerata del Titano she recorded the Laudate pueri KV 600 by Antonio Vivaldi and in August 1997 she played the first performance of the "Petite Messe Solenelle" by Rossini in the chamber music version of 1864 at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro; in May 2005 she recorded, in word premier recording, "Sonate per organo a Quattro mani" by Giovanni Morandi, (cd tactus 771301) an important composer of Italian romantic music for organ. Apart from her extensive concert and educational work, Federica Iannella as also a musicologist graduated at the University of Bologna and e.g. translated, into modern note script and performed a new instrumental arrangement, the Opera "Elena da Feltre" by S. Mercadante, performed in 1997 at the Wexford Opera Festival (Ireland) and the opera "Il trionfo delle belle" by Stefano Pavesi, performed in 2004 at the Rossini Opera Festival. She is also regular organist and artistic director of the Church of Santa Maria della Neve in Senigallia, and is one of the teachers of the Accademia Organistica, which she founded in association with the Diocese.
