Don't worry! The setting is correct. That drive definitely has no audio cache, so there is nothing to disable, therefore "NO disable cache". When disabling the (nonexistent) cache audio extractions are identical, i.e. same CRCs with and without disabling the cache. I've checked that for several slightly scratched CDDAs!
