I am seeding 4 gigs and can not tie into site due to permissions revoked. I would also like the privelege of uploading so I can repair my ratio. Most information is in Russian which I run through a translator which gives obscure meaning back to me in English at best. Any help or direction as to how to become a viable member would be greatly appreciated.
