| SPOILER ("review") | This disc has a bunch of excellent hard rock tunes and a solid power ballad, Calm Before the Storm. My favoritesongs are Somebody’s Waiting, Cherry Lane, King of the Rock and I Said the Wrong Thing to the Right Girl.
If I had to compare Keel to other bands from the same time period, I would say that they are closest to Dokken. Ron Keel belts the vocals out with his melodic screams, and Marc Ferrari has many impressive guitar solos throughout this release. |
