на сегодня последний диск Мулов от музыки интереснейшее бесплатное выступление в лавке по продаже дисков thanks to my friends Such a deal!, January 25, 2007 Reviewer: P. Goode Even though it's priced as an EP, Mule on Easy Street is not your typical EP: At nearly 45 minutes, it's longer than a lot of full-length CDs. If you want to know what Gov't Mule all about, this is a great place to start. Easy Street itself is an independent CD store in Seattle. Gov't Mule delivered an in=store performance there the day before their Seattle show that, thankfully, was recorded. The opening workouts of "Hammer and Nails" and "Time to Confess" show off the Mule at the top of their game and are worth the price of admission by themselves. The bookend numbers of "Unring the Bell" and "Soulshine" are played to a reggae backbeat. However, Warren Haynes makes no attempt to style himself after Bob Marley: Instead, he incorporates Jamaica into his sound just as he works blues, jazz, and southern rock stylings into everything he does. Highly recommended, and you can't beat the price. |
