вот что мне показала программа Imtools.exe, которая там так же есть для кофигурации лицензии и т.д.

This license cannot be checked out because:
Cannot connect to license server

... I will try to determine what the problem is...

Вроде сказано что оно само выберет куда надо его положить ... Хотя положи в папку программы , а там уже все по инструкции. укажи где он , так как сама она вроде не должна это определять.

да нет, всё ровно ненаходит прога лицензионный файл, вчём дело может быть хрен знает, может из за Висты?
