Собственно сабж,
проблемма в том, что TV Tool категорически не находить тв чип :(

Плата:
Производитель PalitDaytona
Процессор GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X
IRQ 11
Версия BIOS 4.18.28.13
Тип ТВ Кодера Integrated (MV)

Which graphics cards are supported by TVTool?
All nVidia based cards are supported from TNT-1 to GeForce 4. (It is not planned to support other cards like S3 or ATI so far!)

Exception GF4-MX:

Usually the TV-chip is a single independent chip on the graphics card from a third party manufacturer like Conexant. These are supported by the tool. But with the GF4-MX nVidia introduces an own TV-chip NV17 which is integrated in the VGA chip and which is probably cheaper and less powerful than the external chips. For this chip there is no documentation available at all because nVidia refuses it. Without documentation a support cannot be integrated in TVTool!

Some GF4-MX460 cards come with the usual external chips by the way. How to find out which TV chip is on your card have a look here.

Ну, в принципе, про это я в курсе
Мне нужен совет в том, как настроить карту без участия проги, или же что есть кроме TV Tool'a для вывода изображения на телевизор
Проблема в том, что по экрану идут полосы, как будто из-за недостаточной частоты обновления экрана

Может быть эта статья тебе поможет ? Вообще-то как правило настраивается легко , единственно что бордеры убрать без твтоола трудно :( А полосы могут быть изза наводок на кабель.
