Did you rip this cd yourself? If yes, I would like to know the cd drive. Your log file is not complete. There is no model name of your cd drive. WHY?
Here is the top of your EAC log file. In the "Used drive" section comes the brand/mode name first and then the adapter. Your model name seems to be wiped out.

Seen in conjunction with the report of my Tau Analyser something seems VERY STRANGE here.

NO FEAR...., I have nothing to do with this gangstas.... :wink: But for what reason you erase the model name. The use of a CD drive is not under punishment, ripping a cd either. Only the distribution of rips is prohibited. So what the hell is it good for....?

YESS..., do that ! I'm curious what Tau will tell to you. I've never seen Tau reporting some tracks as MPEG and others as CDDA (exept on CDs I've bought in Indonesia, there ALL tracks have been mentioned as MPEG.... but no wonder.... :laugh: ).

OlCh, try to use different detect mode - you have mode 8 and this is fastest and less accurate mode, try mode 1...
2StrangeFruit: It can happen and I saw it many times myself - some tracks are detected as MPEG on original CDs. I'm not exactly sure why - but as you can see http://www.true-audio.com/analyzer.tests - it can happen. Take a look at screenshot for track one - no MPEG can have such spectrum, it's one of these cases...

заделал в моде 8 - точно, появился mpeg и с первого трека, но частотка не изменилась :rolleyes:
и это сколько же чудак перебрал дисков, что-бы найти такой? :w00t: :)
