Eat To The Beat CD/DVD, June 27, 2007
By Brett Boles "Blondie Fan" (East Bend, NC United States)
Eat to the Beat is one of those flawless albums. It's a perfect blend of Pop/Rock with those Punk roots underneath it all. The whole album flows from one track to the next. All the way from "Dreaming" (probably Blondie's finest Pop song) to "Living in the Real World" (a fast-paced Pop/Rock tune). Now for the first time on DVD we get the full video album (also the first of its kind). It's a real audio and visual treat to see the beautiful Debbie Harry in 12 music videos. And this was all before MTV came around. This album and DVD are very innovative still to this day. The songs still sound just as fresh as the day they were released. Eat To The Beat gets 5 Stars for being so great!
