Excellent Value / The Standard for Retrospective Box Sets, March 17, 2006

I will try to keep this short. Anyone who has appreciated the Pretenders music even casually, such as myself, will value this collection. First, and most important to me, is that the sound quality is excellent. It is packaged very well in a safe, neat, easily accessable and usable manner. The photos and written material are wonderful and well researched. This is no budget box set. It is done with a level of care and professionalism commensurate with the quality of music created by the performers. This would make a treasured gift to someone who enjoys popular music.
