Note
There are few or no word to describe this.
The technical sound quality of this is UNBELIEVABLE. I've never heard something like that to be a live.
Say they seem to play in front e around you it's just diminishing.
Moreover the songs are absolutely beautiful and are played in a way that's.... never heard before.
I think this is an umissable thing for every gilmour floyd and non floyd fans.
Everything is taken from the uncompressed multichannel track on the bluray and losslessy converted to flac.
how you riped sound stream? Direct from blu-ray disc?
thaks for your work :D:

Do you mean the DD True HD 5.1 track? There is no uncompressed multichannel track in that disc

Yes I know, just a correction because our friend mentioned uncompressed and I thought it may have 5.1 LPCM

Thanks 3ngel for this awesome release, it is really amazing!
btw, last track of cue2 (last track of disc 1) is cutted before the ending...
It is the song Comfortably Numb (featuring David Bowie).
Can you please put this track in a new ed2k link? :help:
Thanks in advance.

I have downloaded the files, decoded the flac to wav but Discwelder says the file is unsupported. I try to split the 24bit 6ch wav file to six mono files 24bit with besweet or belight but I get errors.
How did you manage to get to done?
magnifik
@ 24-10-2008, 12:20
Discwelder supports only multichannel MLP file, not wav.
You have to split multichannel wav in six mono files, you can use Adobe Audition (mine works)...
Any news on uncutted part II?
fchef
@ 25-10-2008, 02:05
Ofcourse Discwelder supports multichannel wav files. Chrome only supports mlp also.
I solved the problem by decoding the flac with sox. I created a DVD-A disc 7 GB dual layer and plays fine.

Hi :hi:
I have the same problem. With 'Part II.flac', I get an error when decoding at 93% completion:
---
Part II.flac: WARNING, cannot check MD5 signature since it was unset in the STREAMINFO
---
Then FLAC cuts out and I'm left with a wav file that is too short. Can anyone help? :help:
I use FLAC 1.2.1b
Thanks in advance for any help.

Try to decode to 6 mono wav tracks. Not a big 6in1 wav. There is a 4GB limitation.

Can you post the original trueHD track? See if we can do anything with multiAVCHD (thread on doom9) or better else multiAUDIO from the same author.

'Part II.flac' is not over 4GB and the decoded WAV-file neither, so that can't be the problem.
Anyone a solution for this problem? :help:

As I'm not the only one with this problem, can anyone who still has 'Part II.flac' (that is not cutted at the end) make a recovery file with a program like QuickPAR (or something similar) and put it on ed2k? I think it's just a few bytes that have gone wrong and therefore not allowing me to decode this file to the end.
Thanks in advance for any help. :)
EDIT: Using eMule LinkCreator, I generated an ed2k link from my 'Part II.flac' file.
The ed2k-hash = 5E8143C394E55444D07860A9DC96A941
The eMule-AICH-hash = JYOSQGAHZWDN2YU5HIMDBYS6HO37LFJ5
Can anyone tell me if my flac-file is corrupted?
