Following the release of the critically-acclaimed 'Tarot', which confirmed their status as one of the leading forces in the European metal scene, the Spanish power/symphonic metallers Dark Moor are ready to come back with a new, exciting album, the seventh in their prestigious career, which is gonna take them to a whole new level. In August 2008, with great expectations from the fans, Dark Moor came back to Italy to work with their producer, renowned Luigi Stefanini, in order to record the new masterpiece 'Autumnal'.
This album is indoubtely the most intriguing Dark Moor work so far. The powerful symphonic metal which gave the band its phenomenal reputation all around the world is still here but the wide range of new sounds achieved with 'Autumnal', from the celtic athmospheres of 'Phantom Queen', to the arabian melodies of 'When The Sun Is Gone' and the mystical and gothic-oriented approach of 'The Enchanted Forest', will give Dark Moor's fans something which was really worth waiting for. Artwork duties were handled by canadian artist Yaga Kielb. Also a special appearance from talented soprano Itea Benedicto (Niobeth) is confirmed.
