A friend of mine - Fred - a Stones freak, generously lent me what he called, "The Holy Grail" of Stones Collectibles scarcely available.
I jumped all over this one pronto!
Note
I am without a scanner, but, I have included artwork from the web that is very similar to the artwork on Freds' Discs, but there are some differences.
Here are some examples of what differs between the two:
1. No Mention of '1964-1971' anywhere - disc or artwork - both versions.
2. The trays of Freds' discs state: Analogue to Digital mastering by Mobile Fidelity Sound on both Jewl trays.
3. The Web artwork included here lists it as a MoFi remaster on the Tray of Hot Rocks 2 only.
4. Company Logos are placed differently on the Trays of both versions.
5. The Cover artwork for Freds' Disc states: Digitally Re-Mastered in the top left hand corner. The Web covers here: Picture only. |
