In the summer of 1966, Roby Facchinetti (Keyboards) and Riccardo Fogli (Bass) replaced Gillot and Faggioli. In 1967, Mauro Bertoli left the group. In September 1968, Dodi Battaglia joined the group, when Mario Goretti left the band.
In the winter of 1971, following Valerio's departure, the band recruited Stefano D'Orazio, the drummer of the Naufraghi. The definitive line-up of the band came in 1972, when Riccardo Fogli left the group during the "Alessandra Tour" and was replaced by Red Canzian, a young progressive rock guitarist, who quickly learned to play the bass, and became an official member of the group.
