Another electrifying newcomer to the Dependant Label roster ( after the sublime Pride And Fall were unveiled last year ) Mind In A Box look set to deliver another ground breaking excursion into as yet uncharted electro territories. Pushing the boundaries and electronic templates set out by such acts as Covenant and Seabound, ''Lost Alone'' their mesmerising debut is a must for all fans of clear, quality techno pop with a pristine and melodic / melancholic edge. Mind In A Box deliver a breathtaking montage of synthetic structures, innovative dance floor beats and engaging electronic music for the mind and ( perhaps more importantly ) for the body - with a number of tracks aimed squarely at the dance floor. Mind In A Box look set to sit alongside other scene luminaries such as Seabound, Covenant and VNV Nation - with ''Lost Alone'' they have possibly delivered one of the highlight releases of 2004. Highly recommended !
