Spejs established in spring of 2006. The band derives from the circle of improvised music associated with Bydgoszcz club Mózg. It's music either recorded in studio or played live originates in cotinual dialogue between the band's members who exchange musical conceptions. Sometimes it takes shape of actual composition. So was with the CD "Czlowiek z jednym pejsem" (Man with one side whisker) which would be released soon (January in shops). Spejs's concerts take positively more open and sometimes simply wild (ha! ha!) form. The musicians of Spejs also played or play in other bands which are significant for Polish jass and rock stage: Sing Sing Penelope, CNQ, Kult, Trytony, Syfon, The Cyclist. (myspace.com)
