he asked how come there is only one APE file, and where are LOG, Cue, Covers. So I assumed, you embedded them into ape, right? |
Posted by: elsz on 26-01-2008, 04:14 | ||
I think they look like this. Just remove the ape and you have a rar file with all that you want to have inside ![]() |
Posted by: taurus66 on 26-01-2008, 07:14 |
да все элементарно-стираешь ape,получаешь rar-архив,открываешь и все внутри.... кейкей уже не первый раз так пакует,да и не он один ![]() |

![]() I took for granted everybody knew how to deal with *.rar.ape and *.zip.wv files, sorry. Yuri No, scans are NOT embedded, cuesheet is but there is no need to save it with Foobar because: .- (As elsz pointed out) Delete the *.rar.ape the characters marked in red and you get the rar file with all inside. .- Same thing applies to *.zip.wv files. ..............:::::::::::::::::................. I know what I say because let's say that I was the first one in releasing *.zip.wv files and later, *.rar.ape files with info I found at Hydrogenaudio forum. Initially I created *.zip.wv files because I was unable to make *.rar.ape files. I needed some time until I found the way to create *.rar.ape files. Now I make only *.rar.ape files because: 1.- You can play them directly in Foobar (no need to unpack). Same as ISO method. 2.- You can delete *.ape extension to uncompress the file for burning and hash in Emule will NOT change. 3.- You can add *.ape again to play and hash in Emule is still the same. 4.- When you get the *.rar file, it has Recovery Record; *.zip.wv files do not. Sorry for the lecture ![]() |
