Yes, I think the sound on this new Ebbetts release is infinitely better than
the remastered commercial CD is one major area – the noise reduction.
Ebbetts used none. I HATE noise reduction. If you hate tape hiss, you will
undoubtedly hate this CD – or any other Ebbetts CD. That is the POINT of Dr. Ebbetts - to capture the vinyl feel and analog sound. Noise Reduction is
criminal as far as I’m concerned – thus there IS tape hiss present on this
release. It is inherent in older recordings – and this one is no exception.
Inversely, the commercial CD is riddled with disgusting noise reduction.
Yes, I think the commercial CD is brighter and a bit crisper. The Ebbetts
version is warmer, is not NEARLY as hot as the commercial version, and has a slightly inferior soundstage than both the Japanese and UK pressing.
Yes, the commercial CD is "louder" when compared to the Ebbetts version, It is mastered much hotter. The Ebbetts version is a vinyl transfer.
I have not heard any other versions of this from any other Beatle Pirates,
so I cannot make an informed call as to whether the Ebbetts version is
better sounding.

Yes, it is on two CDs.
Yes, the Ebbetts version includes the song "Let It Down," and yes, the song sounds a bit too compressed to my ears. No, there are no bonus tracks. Yes, the artwork was scanned using the LP cover from the box.
Yes, Ebbetts uses the American catalogue number. No, I don’t know how "Let It Down" compares with the German pressing "high end" wise.
Yes, every attempt has been made to remove surface noise from the beginning of "I Dig Love."

I do not know if Ebbetts will release another copy of the LP from another
country. These haven’t even gone out yet. Yes, I am pleased with it.
And YES, I believe this is the TRUEST representation of the American vinyl
release.

У меня есть Wonderwall - EMI, 1992. Скажите, что, действительно такая огромная разница между релизами Доктора, MFSL, японией и И-Эм-Аевскими? У меня нет возможности сравнить на нормальной аппаратуре. Есть только наушники Sennheiser да старый SBLive...

Доктор рулит а альбомы от EMI мне абсолютно не нравятся..
все его диски звучат потрясно(!) и не в какое сравнение не идут с EMI
