This is a Doctor Ebbetts 2008 upgrade of Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs Half-speed mastered Japanese pressed vinyl using high-end recording
equipment and the best sources of vinyl in prestine/mint condition. Artwork is included in 300DPI scans.

ALL TRACKS ARE MASTERED FROM THE ORIGINAL ABBEY ROAD STEREO MASTERS.

Note regarding these MFSL 2008 posts: All of my recent posts including this one and the remaining ones are upgrades by the Doc. He stated that he has "touched" up the sound by a slight volume increase and removed additional pops and clicks. The artwork has been improved and the discs have the new MFSL white labels instead of the silver and black look. These are not major upgrades but I prefer these over any other UK stereo editions. They are very close to the original sound of the vinyl half-speed mastered MFSL boxset which I use to own and believe to be the best ever in Beatles recorded sound. It's in the half-speed mastering folks!

It's all a matter of personal taste...

Probably not the best, but sounds really good. Blue Box is from a different source, hard to compare. And I am not 100% this is an upgrade, as it wasn't listed in Doc's latest list.

Поюзал поиск. На форуме уже есть некоторые диски Битлов от Dr. Ebbetts.
Кроме отдельных, типа The Beatles - Let It Be - (UK Stereo) (Ebbetts PCS 7096), есть еще вот это:

Звук Моно.
Ну и конечно

( и там же есть Yellow Submarine).

Присоединяюсь к вопросу - чем нынешние от доктора отличаются от его же предыдущих? Со звуком Моно все ясно - другой сорт водки©,
а его же, сделанные с английских и голубая коробочка в 12 дисков?
Какие различия с коробочкой?

Этот очень похож на UK MFSL диски, которые Доктор выпускал в 2000м. От Blue Box он отличается звуком, более сбалансированный в плане eq.. вот что говорит сам Доктор:
