Particular qualities: The first solo single «Andy, mein freund» («Andy my friend») released in 1976, when she was only 14. From 1979 till 1983 she was in popular girl band «Arabesque». In 1982 Sandra meet in ton studio in Frankfurt with Michael Cretu. He was a little know keyboarder and beginner producer in this time. Later he becomes the support of Sandra’s solo career after break up of Arabesque since 1983 till now. After several years of living together Sandra married him. She and her husband (born on 18.05.1957 in Bucharest, Romania) have one birthday for two. Sandra’s parents live on Ibiza since October 1989. Her father helps at home, her mother organizes housework. The singer is Protestant by birth although she separated her life from church since 1986. Sandra takes an interest in mode and astrology, tells fortunes by Taro cards. She likes also water and mountain skis, dances and travels, knitting and cookery a little. She gone in for classical ballet during 10 years. In 1987, in London, she learned the singing and english. She speaks german, english, a little french, studies spanish. In 1988 she acted in television series german TV «Tatort Salü-Palü» as night club singer. Her favorite book is «Book of jungle», she prefers to watch Hichkok’s films, trillers and popular science films.
