Smith - bass 2005- Mark Cross - drums 2007- Rick Altzi - vocals Since 1999’s Power And Glory At Vance have steadily grown as a band and with each passing album they have produced some stellar music. When Mats Leven took over the microphone duties from Oliver Hartmann, was when the band seemed to really start to change and the difference he brought to their music was wonderful. Don’t get me wrong Oliver Hartmann is a great singer but it was Leven who brought a tougher edge to the music and with his arrival the songs weren’t all in your face straight ahead rockers. But now Mr. Leven has departed and has been replaced by former Treasured Land vocalist Rick Altzi who is somewhere between the two former singers in sound and style, so you know just how good he must be. The songs this time round are also on a whole new level. Classy symphonic powermetal cuts infused with blistering harmonies and killer musicianship. Though that is only half the tale because this time round guitarist Olaf Lenk hasn’t just gone for the jugular with his songs. This time round he has written some wonderful mid-paced tracks that are probably At Vance’s best songs to date. Answer Me and the awesome Shiver are immediate proof of this, two brilliant songs that reminded me of the mighty Nation and both are blessed with superb hooklines. Join these up with the likes of opener Breaking The Night , Cold As Ice with its great riff and solo, Shine ( best chorus on the cd ) , Friendly Fire which puts me in mind of a heavy Whitesnake or any of the other song’s on this cd and your in for one hell of a ride. At Vance is a band that just keep getting better, so if you’re after song’s that are very strong, musicians who are at their best and a production to die for then this could be for you. An album filled with quality from start to finish and for fans of great music you can’t go far wrong with that. (AFM) |

Спасибо большое. Как-то тихо и незаметно появился новый альбом. В мпЗ даже не видел. А тут раз и в lossless. Надеюсь понравиться больше, чем последний их альбом. Все остальные отличные.IMHO |

ну не совсем незаметно... на самом деле этот диск мне не осбо понравился... слишком много штампов.... зато через несколько дней выложу, таки действительно незаметно вышедшие, но охренительные альбомы... |
