Am i posting on the right place or is there another place to do it for non autorized people?Because i saw a post made by Regin,who seems to be a regular poster and the post is not done like the ones who where modified.Thanks again for your helping.I would like to continue posting here,but if there are to much trouble with my posts i will give up,because i don´t want cause any trouble.

Hi,let me answer your doubts.
About the link,i think the trouble was when the link was edited by the moderator, to make the templates.Sorry for the problem,but i think they have already corrected it.
The second question is more complicated.I had explained it during a post i´ve made,but i will explain it again.
In Portugal,the net providers have some special rules.Because of the 2 major providers belong to the governement.
Regarding that,and because the governement hold the cable and phone lines, when other private enterprise want to open a deal, they have to rent the wires.This causes a lots of problems to us.The bigest of all is the limitation that we have to upload outside Portugal.I just can download a 1 GB from outside Portugal and 20 GB inside our borders.For the uploads there are no limitations.The only good thing is that between 01 a.m. and 07a.m.(portuguese time) they give us a so called Happy Hour and during that 6 hours the downloads inside and outside Portugal doesn´t count.That´s the time we have to spread our shared files outside Portugal.During that time i normaly give slot or friend connections to foreign users,so i can spread the files outside our borders.Why Joyce are not complete?Because this file is one of my newest files and i just started sharing it 3 days ago.Because i had shared a lot of stuff lately,there are some posts who haven´t yet complete fonts outside Portugal,so my friend,is just a question of a few days until somebody have it complete.The same problem happens with Junior Wells live at Buddy Guys.
Just another topic to say that i am a PA, who are some kind of moderator, at the biggest portuguese Forum(we had reach 70.000 users yesterday)and when i post something new , there are lots of people uploading it,so the new releases quickly spread at the donkey/emule net.
Just more one thing to tell that we use a special mod adapter to our conditions.
What it does?It filters the foreign ip´s and avoids downloads and uploads from outside files during the regular hours.
We don´t receive files from foreign users and we don´t upload outside Portugal.During the Happy Hours,the trafic is normal,like with a regular emule.
